Entries must be submitted along with the appropriately filled application form available on the website. The Award’s Technical Committee reserves the right to dismiss/reject incomplete entries.
Entries must be in English.
A maximum of two entries can be made by the same individual, team or entity but must be submitted individually to separate award categories (type).
The Award’s Technical Committee may reassign an entry to an alternative category when found more relevant without seeking permission from the respective applicant.
The entries must be well articulated, focused and clearly presented to encompass the evaluation criteria.
Projects must be in operation for the specified period for that category:
Not less than 12 months prior to date of application for the Innovative Projects Award and Subcategories
Not less than 6 months prior to date of application for the Innovative Research & Development Award and Subcategories
Not less than 3 months prior to date of application for the Innovative Youth Award Category
All submissions must be accompanied by supporting data to demonstrate performance.
Applicants may be nominated by themselves, other individuals, professional associations or establishments. If applicable, each individual entry, should be supported by an official letter from his/her employer or educational institution.
The Award’s Technical Committee may request additional supporting document from the applicants and may also conduct visits to their respective sites during the evaluation period.
The Award's Technical Committee reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or late entries and to withhold awards in any category where entries do not meet the evaluation criteria.
The deadline for receiving application forms will be set and communicated to public in the media and web site.
The decision of the Award’s Technical & Executive Committees is final and will not be subject to any further correspondence or petition.
